On the eve of the Australian Grand Prix, Gourmet Traveller and Wheels invite you to an evening celebrating high-calibre performance, precision, innovation, and, of course, incredible food.

Join Gourmet Traveller‘s Michael Harden and Wheels editor Alex Inwood at Andrew McConnell’s flagship, Cutler & Co., for a bespoke menu paired with matching Shadowfax wines and a night talking food and innovation with world-renowned croissant-maker (and Formula One devotee) Kate Reid.

Before launching her esteemed Melbourne bakery, Lune Croissanterie, Reid worked as an aerodynamicist for Formula One team Williams, and the precision approach made its way into her cooking. “When I was at Williams, every little change made a massive difference to the performance of the car,” she says. “It’s the same with croissants.”
